around them. (for now ... or forever....)

 


This training is all for you.
Not them.
This training your mind to see the Innocence and even the good intentions in someone's shity mistake is how we evolve.
It's how you become more comfortable in your body and in the world.
It's not for them.
Obviously it will help them.... that you're feeling this understanding way...
but that's not the point
that's a symptom.
The point is for you.
The point is being your own parent....creating safety and deeper understanding in your body.
Even and especially when it is behind a boundary"
